This 3 bedroom property was in a really poor condition and needed a full renovation. We first began work by stripping back all the walls to brick level, installed new electrical wiring throughout the property, plastered all the walls from top to bottom and installed new electrical points and switch boxes. The next stage was to fully insulate the loft to make the house energy efficient. The old kitchen was totally removed and replaced it with a brand new one with new fitted appliances, worktop, oven and hob, and air extractor. The heating system was replaced with a new energy efficient boiler as well as all the house radiators. We then fitted the property with a new bathroom with shower and tiled it throughout.

The final stage of the renovation was to paint and decorate the entire property and fit new carpets throughout.
